Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales in Colorado Springs is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its small sales team. You will work hands-on with customers and staff to achieve and exceed sales projections.

Prior car sales experience is not required, but leadership and coaching skills are essential. The role offers a competitive starting salary around $70,000 with performance bonuses, a healthy work-life balance, full health benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum three years of successful supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license; background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Driving the business through day-to-day involvement in operations.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targeted performance goals.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve projections.
• Oversee the sales process and monitor performance and execution.
• Coach and train store staff with weekly sessions and one-on-ones.
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies to improve performance.
• Manage all aspects of the branch including sales, inventory, and warranty.
• Analyze the business and develop action plans to achieve forecasted goals.
