Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Tomball, TX is seeking a Retail Assistant Branch Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager in driving branch results and expanding consumer and business customer relationships. The role emphasizes community engagement and delivering the Woodforest Experience to every customer.

You will lead and coach team members, grow deposits and loans, and ensure confidential, compliant service while serving as a positive role model for staff and the community.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is helpful.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue goals.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through inside and outside business calls.
• Enhance customer experience and the Bank’s reputation by greeting and engaging customers, community members, and retail partners.
• Lead and coach team members to reach their full potential.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
