Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage outlets in the East Bay area. You will stock, display, and rotate products across routes, using company systems to document execution and keep shelves current.

This full-time role offers an early start (5:00am) and a weekly schedule that includes weekends, with benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k with employer match, car/mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, wellness

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid license and insurance as per company/state requirements.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring, and checkout documentation.
• Upload photos of displays/backstock to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time
• Schedule:Five days per week: includes weekends

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
