Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to support grocery stores and beverage outlets across the East Bay. You will travel routes to stock, display, and rotate products, using pallet jacks and company systems to document execution.

Offering paid training, tuition reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, plus a monthly car and mileage reimbursement. Five-day schedule includes weekends with an early start.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds for keg products or with pallet jacks.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.

Job Details

• Shift: Full-time with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time
• Schedule: Five days per week: includes weekends
• Pay: $24.50 per hour + Overtime

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
