Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across grocery and retail beverage outlets throughout San Diego County. This full-time position requires early morning start times and travel along assigned routes.

You will transport product using pallet jacks or hand trucks, maintain backstock areas, and document execution using company systems. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly are

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable personal automobile with acceptable driving record
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or pallet jacks

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness
• Other duties as assigned

• Schedule:Full-time, 5 days per week (weekends included)
• Shifts:Early morning start times between 4am-6am
• Pay: $24.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
• 6 months related work experience
