Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to service grocery stores and beverage outlets across the East Bay. You will stock, display, rotate products, and ensure correct levels on assigned routes.

Starting at 5:00am, five days per week including weekends, you earn $24.50 per hour plus overtime. The role includes a monthly car and mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision, a 401k with employer match, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
