Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in San Diego County is seeking a field-based merchandising associate to stock, rotate, and display products at grocery and retail outlets along assigned routes.

This full-time role starts early (4am–6am) with shifts that include weekends, and requires reliable transportation, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. You will use company systems for routing and reporting, with overtime and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state age requirements.
• Reliable transportation with acceptable driving record and valid license.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain organized backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
