Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across grocery and retail beverage outlets in the Inland Empire. The role requires early start times (4am–6am), full-time scheduling, and travel to multiple stores.

You will be responsible for transporting products, using company systems for routing and documentation, and ensuring proper inventory and display execution. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds for keg products or pallet jacks.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
