Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products in grocery and beverage outlets across the Red Bluff area. You will travel to assigned stores, move products with pallet jacks, and use company systems for routing and reporting.

You must be 18+, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Training provided; opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older or meet state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting in-store execution; maintain backstock areas.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: 5 days a week with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time; including weekends

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accountsMaintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
