Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products across grocery and retail beverage outlets in San Diego County. Early morning shifts (4am–6am) and travel are required.

A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs are essential. The role offers full-time hours, overtime eligibility, monthly car and mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have reliable personal automobile, valid driver’s license and auto insurance per company/state law.
• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, displayed and rotated in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
