Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Redwood City is hiring a full-time merchandiser with weekend availability and early morning start to stock and rotate products on assigned routes.

You will drive to stores, use pallet jack/hand truck, record merchandise using company systems, and maintain backstock. Must have 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 25–50 lbs. Benefits include union, medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Local Routes available: Redwood City, Los Gatos, San Mateo, North San Jose, and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate:$25.60 starting pay, $28.80 after 6 months, $32.00 after 1 year. Plus Mileage reimbursement
