Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and regulations.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-to-one and group settings.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft presentation software.
• Knowledge of training and teaching methods.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Role involves extensive classroom teaching and travel.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate associates in the classroom and identify knowledge gaps.
• Partner with Learning Manager to support training needs.
• Recommend changes to training procedures to improve staff performance.
• Deliver learning solutions to transfer knowledge and drive impact.
• Present materials in instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness.
• Organize sessions for various roles and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Track attendance and report discrepancies to the Learning Manager.
• Complete classroom documentation and associate records within 5 business days.
• Ensure competency requirements are met for each class.
