Responsibilities

• Evaluate associates in the classroom and identify knowledge gaps to train.
• Partner with Learning Manager to support operational training needs.
• Recommend changes to training procedures to improve staff performance.
• Deliver enterprise learning solutions to drive knowledge transfer and business impact.
• Present training materials in instructor-led and virtual settings.
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness.
• Organize sessions for various roles and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Oversee attendance and report discrepancies to Learning Manager.
