• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Excellent time management and the ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Evaluate associates in the classroom and identify knowledge gaps that require training
• Partner with the Learning Manager to support operational training needs
• Recommend changes to training procedures to improve staff performance
• Deploy enterprise learning solutions to drive knowledge transfer and business impact
• Present training materials in instructor-led and virtual formats
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness
• Organize training sessions for various roles and ensure proper knowledge transfer
• Oversee attendance and report discrepancies to the Learning Manager
• Complete classroom documentation and submit tracking reports within 5 business days
• Ensure competency requirements are met in every class
• Perform other duties as assigned
