Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales & Operations Trainer to design and deliver impactful programs across sales, service, and operations. You will partner with market leaders to onboard staff, boost performance, and ensure operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in retail banking, branch ops, sales leadership, training, or learning and development.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and operations.
• Experience delivering sales, service, operations, or leadership training programs.
• Familiarity with LMS and adult learning principles.
• Certifications such as CPTD/ATD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on retail banking sales, service, operations, and customer experience.
• Create onboarding and development plans for Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Universal Bankers, and other retail team members.
• Facilitate instructor-led classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, coaching programs, and field training activities.
• Develop engaging learning materials, guides, simulations, and other resources.
• Train employees on branch procedures, systems, products, services, and compliance requirements.
• Support new product launches, technology enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Conduct branch visits and coaching to identify development opportunities and reinforce standards.
• Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Comply with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
