Qualifications

• 3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience.
• Supervisory and leadership skills required.
• 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
• Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy are required
• Must be willing and able to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail banking across multiple branches and ensure quality customer service.
• Coach and manage staff, monitor productivity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and internal inquiries.
• Serve as subject knowledge expert for all retail banking products.
