Job summary

Starion Bank seeks an experienced leader to manage daily retail banking operations across multiple branches in Wisconsin. You will ensure quality service, resolve issues, promote relationship development, and onboard/train staff while monitoring compliance.

You will coach direct reports, drive productivity, serve as the subject-matter expert for retail transactions and products, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and engage with the community to maintain visibility with target clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and Retail Banking experience required
• Supervisory and leadership skills required
• 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
• Must be willing and able to travel
