Job summary

Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) is seeking a Branch Services Supervisor for our Hooksett, NH area. You will lead daily branch operations, coach staff, build customer relationships, and support growth initiatives in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements while promoting digital services and banking products. This role requires strong customer service, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail banking experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and regulatory requirements.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Branch Services Supervisor: $26.00 - $31.60
