Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
• Deliver warm, personalized interactions and engage customers in meaningful conversations about financial needs.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms and ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with attention to compliance.
