Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker II track, following a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. The role emphasizes consultative sales, deposit/loan products, and customer relationship building within a banking environment.

Successful candidates will participate in training, complete SAF E Act registration, and strive to deliver exceptional service while meeting branch revenue goals across the East-Cincinnati/America area.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience; transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and clear verbal/written communication with customers.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and good judgment in decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
