Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Understanding Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and sales goals; contribute to revenue growth.
