Qualifications

• Experience in sales to acquire new consumer and small business customers.
• Ability to analyze financial information and explain products clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to represent the bank professionally.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to reach out and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referrals processes.
• Protect customer information and adhere to risk policies.
