Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by providing warm, personalized service and promoting banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain branch operations in compliance with policies.
• Support community engagement and branch marketing efforts.
