Job summary

Beal Bank’s Plano HQ is seeking an On-Site Operations Specialist to deliver frontline service and support to business customers in an online environment, ensuring bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. This role handles account transactions, inquiries, research, and coordination with branches, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant bank experience or customer service preferred.
• The ideal candidate knows retail banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in retail banking operations, customer service, and escheatment is ideal.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Organize projects, follow up, track and report resolutions.
• Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service and data accuracy.
• High school diploma required; some college or technical training desired.
• Proficient in 10 key, Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
• Knowledge of banking software applications and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, escalating as needed to resolve issues.
• Process customer transactions and open/close accounts per policies.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Perform teller tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and issue instruments.
• Process mail, logs, reports, audits and control checks.
• Support ACH and inclearing daily processing and item research.
• Conduct item processing and retrieval tasks for branches/back-office.
• Ensure annual escheatment compliance for Beal Bank and affiliates.
• Maintain document imaging quality and protect customer privacy.
