Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in financial services.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/motivation to reach goals.
• Results-oriented sales ability with success in building customer relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clients and staff.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.

Responsabilités

• Grow Lake Ridge Bank's market share by acquiring, building, and retaining retail relationships.
• Coach retail staff to enhance client experience and service outcomes.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and profitability of the Belleville office.
• Open/close office following security procedures and handle after-hours calls.
• Prepare monthly sales, deposits, and loan performance reports for the office.
• Represent the bank at community events and with external partners.
