Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver premier client experiences and grow relationships with new and existing clients. You will assist customers with consumer banking needs, promote deposits and loans, and open accounts with accurate paperwork.

This full-time role requires an associates degree and 2 years in client services or sales, along with a 40-hour weekly schedule and Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field and/or 2 years equivalent work experience in a client services/sales environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse group of clients.
• Full-time, 40-hour schedule with flexibility between 7:45 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; Saturday rotations 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Achieve full banking relationships by promoting Lake Ridge Bank products and services.
• Resolve client needs and provide high quality personalized service.
