Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and motivating others to reach goals.
• Results-oriented sales ability with success in establishing and building customer relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse group of clients and employees.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Grow Lake Ridge Bank's market share by acquiring, building, and retaining retail relationships.
• Coach retail office staff to add value to the client experience and achieve service outcomes.
• Manage daily operations for the Belleville location and ensure profitability through staffing and expense control.
• Open and close office location following security procedures; respond to after-hours calls as needed.
• Prepare monthly sales, deposits, and loan result reports for the office.
• Represent the bank at community events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
