Qualifications

• Typically requires 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Experience in retail banking products and services is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations and policies governing banking activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to existing customers and prospects to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain a personal referral network and community presence to drive growth.
• Advise customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Identify needs and make referrals to other business groups as appropriate.
• Build and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies.
