Job summary

BMO U.S. in Joliet, IL is seeking a Retail Banking Sales & Service professional to deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and advise on financial solutions across everyday banking, lending, and small business products.

You will work with the branch and partners to grow loyalty, conduct needs-based assessments, promote digital options, and navigate regulatory requirements while protecting customers and assets.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be required for this position.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and lending products; experience in a consultative sales role is valued.
