Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify needs.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in referrals with partners.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment teams to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and handling loan/bankcard processes.
