Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker at the New Castle Walmart location in Indiana. You will build and grow retail customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, promoting banking products, and ensuring strong operational excellence in a fast-paced retail branch environment.

You will engage customers in meaningful conversations, explain banking solutions clearly, support digital banking tools, and maintain confidentiality and compliance while delivering the Woodforest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at first contact with internal partners as needed.
