• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals for additional bank products or services.
• Assist customers with digital banking services, including online banking enrollment, password resets, and account access support.
• Process daily transactions and item deposits using back-counter scanning equipment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the bank's products, services, and procedures.
• Support overall branch operations by assisting with administrative and operational duties as assigned.
