Job summary

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience daily and engage with customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and keep the store clean.
• Support shrink reduction goals and ensure safety policies are followed.
