Job summary

TJX is hiring at our Raleigh, NC store for a role focusing on receiving and merchandising standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help process merchandise, train associates, maintain clean backroom areas, and support store operations with a team-oriented mindset.

The position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills are required.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.
• Team player able to work with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach team as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Promote safety and comply with labor laws and store policies.
