Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to uphold merchandising and receiving standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, train Associates, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and replenished on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to policies. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient processing and customer-focused service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety programs.
