Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team-oriented individuals to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work to keep the store organized, train Associates, and help manage merchandise flow from backroom to sales floor.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Previous retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently and maintain clean, organized store.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and model service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
