Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is seeking a dependable associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards. You’ll engage customers, maintain a clean store, and model strong service. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and the ability to train others.

As part of a large off-price retail family, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced team, support in stock replenishment, safety, and program adherence, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across the store floor.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store
• Ability to train others and lead by example
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, coded and shelved properly
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management
