Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for Marshalls in Columbia, MO to help execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure a superior customer experience.

You will train Associates, maintain organized backrooms, and coordinate with management to keep goods flowing to the sales floor. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication, teamwork, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain store organization.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promote safety and uphold store policies and labor laws.
