Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, seeks team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain store organization, and support associates in merchandising and processing to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, strong communication and organization, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures efficiency and accuracy in backroom and floor replenishment.
