Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding store standards.
• Ring sales accurately and support credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Follow labor laws and company policies; support shrink reduction goals.
• Assist cross-functional areas as needed to meet business needs.
