Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You will maintain a clean store, assist customers with purchases and returns, and support loyalty programs while upholding merchandising standards.

Hours are flexible to meet business needs; you’ll collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and compliance with policies. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and assist with loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss prevention practices.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Assist in various store areas as needed to meet business needs.
