Zusammenfassung

Alterra is hiring for a Seasonal Retail Associate at Snowshoe. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, restock products, and help guests select gear and apparel for their mountain adventures.

Positions involve mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with employee housing options on-mountain. Benefits include medical coverage, employee discounts, and 401k participation; training provided in product knowledge and safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with guests, efficiently handling phone inquiries, and managing all POS transactions with accuracy.

• Enhance sales opportunities by restocking items as needed, merchandising products correctly, providing insights on inventory levels, and participating in store clinics to gain in-depth product knowledge.

• Support inventory management through active participation in weekly cycle counts, and receiving and verifying merchandise.

• Promote a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.

• Ensure smooth operations by notifying the supervisor of supply needs and reporting any internal issues.

• Execute daily procedures by completing opening and closing tasks, as well as other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
