Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead our on-mountain sales team. You will ensure excellent customer service and adherence to store policies, while guiding staff through opening/closing duties and daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, inventory support, and a commitment to safety. Prior retail leadership is valued, with opportunities to grow within the Snowshoe team during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in sales, hospitality, or training of others preferred.
• 1 year in a retail operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.
• Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.
• Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
• Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.
