SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate to support guest services in a dynamic retail environment. You will fulfill guest needs, maintain a clean store, assist with stock and displays, and ensure accurate cash handling.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, flexibility with hours, and adherence to company policies. You will work with a team and contribute to community engagement initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while having the ability to work independently and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge and skill level basic POS systems, and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership in a timely manner when item quantities are low or special requests arise; coordinate with the warehouse team to pull and fill items.
• Relay relevant comments received from customers directly to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Check and stock supplies in counter areas and displays; keep areas clean and organized.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and promote promotions.
• Support unit in Sustainability/Conservation efforts and community engagement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
