Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate in Minnesota to fulfill guest needs, stock displays, and process transactions. You will maintain a neat store environment, follow policies, and support SSA EXTRA guest service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, collaborating with the warehouse on item availability, and promoting sales through merchandising and promotions. Flexibility for varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership when item quantities are low or on special request; work with warehouse to pull items.
• Relay customer comments to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to create a memorable guest experience.
• Check and stock supplies; keep displays neat and stocked.
• Balance cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales; use promotions and suggestive selling.
• Support sustainability/conservation efforts and community engagement.
