Job summary

SSA Group is hiring a Food Service Cashier to join its hospitality-focused team. You will operate the cash register, welcome guests, and ensure accurate cash handling while supporting front-of-house operations.

This role requires strong communication, a team spirit, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, across multiple locations. You will stay informed on menu items and prices and uphold SSA's safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and POS experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player who is personable, professional and energetic.
• Basic math and counting skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and verify cash at start of shift.
• Provide warm, welcoming guest service and respond to feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and specials.
• Assist with food service prep and daily operations as needed.
