Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join a team delivering hospitality across cultural attractions. You will assist guests, stock shelves, process transactions, and help maintain a clean store environment while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates show strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes guest experience and store presentation across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Proficiency with basic POS systems and Excel.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform leadership when item quantities are low or when special requests arise; coordinate with warehouse to pull items.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Stock supplies and keep displays neat and tidy.
• Balance cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales.
• Increase sales through promotions or suggestive selling.
