Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate to support guest experiences in our onsite operations. You will assist customers, handle merchandise, and maintain clean, organized counters and displays while following SSA policies.

Responsibilities include stock checks, cash handling, and promoting company sustainability and community initiatives. Applicants should be able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic POS systems experience and Excel familiarity.
• Physical ability to stand and lift boxes (10–35 lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership in a timely manner when item quantities are low or special requests arise; coordinate with warehouse to pull and fill items.
• Relay relevant comments received from customers directly to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Check and stock supplies in counter area and displays; keep area clean.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
