Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation—Grand Hyatt San Francisco—seeks a Retail Associate to assist guests in our boutique setting. You will welcome guests, assess needs, handle payments, and share information on promotions. You will upsell products, keep the store clean and stocked, and provide friendly, professional service.

SUMMARY

A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they shop in our boutiques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store
• Assessing guests needs
• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Communicating about sales and promotions
• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Education and Experience:

• High School Education
• 1 Year Retail Experience preferred
