Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a dedicated Locker Room Attendant to create a welcoming environment for guests in the spa locker room. You will assist guests with robes, towels, slippers and locker transitions, tour guests to the locker room, maintain cleanliness in locker room and public spaces, and support spa operations by handling linens and laundry.

This role emphasizes high guest service, polished communication, and the ability to lift up to 40

Responsibilities

• Attendants assist guests with robes, towels, slippers and lockers.
• Attendants will tour and acclimate guests to the locker room.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker room facilities and public areas (lobby, quiet room, pool area).
• Ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Support daily spa operations by processing spa laundry and distributing linens and robes.
• Perform light cleaning duties to keep locker room and public spaces tidy.

The Miraval Locker Room Attendant will create a welcoming environment for guests visiting the spa locker room.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Attendants assist guests with robes, towels, slippers and lockers
• Attendants will tour and acclimate guests to the locker room
• Attendant will ensure the cleanliness of locker room facilities and maintains public areas as needed (such as lobby, quiet room, pool area).
• Attendant will ensure that each guest walking through the space feels as if they are the first person of the day.
• Supports daily spa operations by processing spa laundry, including the handling, transporting, and distribution of linens and robes
• Performs light cleaning duties as needed, to keep locker room and public spaces tidy
